The UK REIT which specialises in value and convenience store UK retail property put in a solid perfomance. It raised its EPRA recurring profit to £2m (2011: £1.4m) and announced a fully covered, maintained dividend of 6.0p. Despite the current economic environment the company achieved occupancy rates across its estate of 96%. The group continues to actively manage its asset base looks an attractive investment for those looking for income. BUY FOR INCOME.
