12 December 2012 – Final results

Driver Group the specialist commercial and dispute resolution services group to the construction and engineering industries put in a fantastic performance with revenue up 51% to £26.2m (2011: £17.3m) and underlying pre-tax profit up 220% to £1.19m (2011: £0.35m), this gave basic earnings per share of 3.3p  (2011: 0.9p). This performance led the company to increase the final dividend to 0.7p (2011 0.5p), taking the dividend for the year to 1.0p (0.5p). This performance demonstrates both the ongoing recovery of the core business and the successful integration of the Trett Holdings acquisition. The group now trade from a global footprint and are confident of further progress. Although the shares have had a good run we believe there is further to go. BUY
