The group has raised £3m through a placing of 500,000 new shares ata price of 600p with institutional investors. The placing, which was almost three times subscribed, involved the participation of one existing and several new institutions. The funds raised will be used to fund the group’s ongoing acquisition programme. We continue to maintain our recommendation of BUY.
