EDI has acquired Sector Training Limited which provides a range of strategic consultancy and specialist training services to further education colleges. The company, based in Taunton, has cost an initial £450,000 with the same amount payable in stages over the next 3 years – although only a small purchase it does strengthen EDI’s presence in the further education market. Results for the year to 30 September are due next Tuesday, 23 November. The shares are a HOLD.
