12 April 2011 – technology update
The group has announced that it has signed a lease at a facility made available by Cambridge University and Elektron will establish its Technology Centre here. The group will also move its headquarters to Cambridge at the end of the year when the lease on the current HQ in Romford expires. All new product development will take place at the new facility and Elektron hopes to benefit from the large amount of engineering talent available in the area. This looks like another key step in the development of the group. Recent share price weakness seems unjustified and we retain our recommendation of BUY.
