The technology-enabled labour supply company has acquired a 70% stake in in Lyons Power Services, a Warrington-based specialist UK and overseas provider of power and energy infrastructure services. The consideration is just over £700k which will be satisfied by cash and new shares in the company. The acquisition is in line with Hercules' strategy of expanding its its service offering into complementary and high-growth infrastructure sectors.
