The group has acquired Computershare Electoral Management Services from Computershare for up to £4.4m. The latter is a leading UK provider of electoral software and services, supplying 116 local authorities covering a voting population of 13m people. This is an important strategic acquisition for the group and the shares remain GOOD VALUE.
