The group has announced the acquisition of Interactive Dialogues Limited and Interactive Dialogues NV for €2.2m in cash. The latter is a leading supplier of e-learning and information solutions in Europe specialising in corporate communications and compliance encompassing employees, customers and suppliers. This is a useful addition to IDOX and the shares remain a BUY.
