The leading European manufacturer and supplier of private label and contract manufactured goods has announced the acquisition of Eurotab Group for cash consideration of €40m. Eurotab is a leading specialist in the design and manufacture of solid format cleaning and and hygiene solutions and its products include dishwasher tabs and disinfecting bleach tablets. The company is based in France and in the year to 30 June 2026 it expects to report revenues of €65m with most of this generated in Europe.
