David Montgomery, the founder of the media group, has announced his resignation from the board following pressure from three institutional shareholders. He will remain in his job until January and the search is now on to find a replacement. This is clearly an unsettling time for the group although the fundamental attractions remain in place. Although the share price may drift until a successor is appointed the shares remain a LONG TERM BUY.
