16 June 2010 – Jolly Ranch Farmout Option Agreement
The steady stream of news from Nighthawk has continued with a further announcement on the Jolly Ranch project. A Farmout Option agreement has been entered into with Anadarko E&P Company LP and Anadarko Land Corporation, which will result in Anadarko receiving a 20% royalty on production from an area covering 1,280 acres. There has been an ongoing strategic land acquisition programme throughout the Jolly Ranch project area. The current acreage totals 416,000 gross acres or approximately 323,000 acres on a net basis. The shares are a BUY.
