Although the company has reported a higher pre-tax loss in 2011 of £1.1m (2010: loss of £0.9m), revenues for the year increased by 123% to £6.1m (2010: 2.7m). Although much of the increase was due to acquisition, the group has layed the foundations for the future of the business, helped by the transfer of the of LED fixture manufacturing to a new 12,000 sq ft facility in South Wales. The group’s order book and pipeline continues to grow and prospects for the group look exciting. SPECULATIVE BUY.
