20 April 2011 – Vivergo Fuels update
Redhall has agreed a full and final settlement with its former employees who were involved in the contract with Vivergo Fuels. The cost of the settlement is £1.2m although the company has not admitted any liability and this now closes off the potential for any future claims from these employees. Redhall is continuing its claim against Vivergo and further news on this will be forthcoming in due course. Until then, the shares remain a HOLD.
