The company has confirmed that it has received an unsolicited approach to acquire the company’s private equity portfolio. This has led to the initiation of a formal sale process for the portfolio. We had already highlighted that it would be wise to be in the shares ahead of the ex-dividend date of 8 December and maintain this view. BUY.
