Public sector service provider Tribal has revealed that it is in talks which may lead to a takeover of the company. Although in the short term, trading is suffering from the reduction in government spending on consultancy the group should benefit in the longer term from the expected increase in outsourcing in the public sector. The shares remain a HOLD.
