The group has revealed that it has terminated offer discussions with Qingdao D & D Investment group as it has concluded that a disposal of certain assets to D & D may be the most appropriate way to realise value. The shares have dipped on the news which we feel is a bit harsh – we remain FIRM HOLDERS.
