9 January 2014 – partnership agreement
The company has announced that its SRT Marine System Solutions division has entered into a partnership agreement with Norway-based Vissim AS. SRT’s newly acquired GeoVS 3D Display engine will be integrated into Vissim’s maritime display system under the agreement. The product will be promoted as an optional enhancement under the Vissim brand and SRT will receive licence fees. There appears to be very little by way of downside from this partnership, so we continue to rate the shares as a BUY.
