To fall in line with statutory reporting obligations of some of the countries in which it operates such as Mozambique, DRC and Angola, the group is changing its year end to 31 December from 30 September. Its next accounting period will therefore cover the 15 months to 31 December 2011. The group has also provided an update on trading, with the first shipments from Oceanfresh to Walmart in the US and Checkers in South Africa being delivered and strong performances from Lonrho Logistics and Fish On Line being recorded. Fly540 is also expected to commence commercial operations in Ghana next week. Overall trading remains in line with expectations and the shares remain a BUY.
