The logistics and technology group has announced its interim results for the 26 weeks to 1 June and these have revealed a 13% increase in revenues to £674.0m.(2024: £595.4m). Adjusted EBITDA rose to £91.8m (2024: £52.0m). Both Technology Solutions and Ocado Logistics have increased revenues during the period with both also increasing adjusted EBITDA. The company has enjoyed a strong first half with underlying cash flow improving significantly so that the period ended with liquidity in excess of £1bn.
