The Isle of Man financial group has made two positive announcements which reinforce our view that the shares are very cheap. Firstly, the company has revealed that its wholly-owned subsidiary Payment Assist has entered into five new partner lending agreements in the first half of the year. These are with suppliers to the auto industry such as the Retail Automotive Alliance (RAA), which represents 32 independent franchised dealer groups and Car Care Plan/Nissan Motor GB (CCP).
