24 March 2026 - interim results

The leading homewares company, famous for names such as Salter, Beldray and Progress, has announced interim results for the six months to 31 January and these have revealed a 6% decline in revenue to £74.5m with adjusted pre-tax profit declining 40% to £3.1m.  Earnings per share on the same basis were down 38% to 2.7p and the interim dividend was reduced to 0.9p from 1.55p last year.  The fall in revenues was due to weak consumer demand and a reduction in third-party clearance sales as the group focused . . .
