The aerospace and engineering group issued a positive trading statement at its AGM on Wednesday and it is interesting to note today that three directors have made significant purchases of shares in the company. Non-executive director Guy Hachey has bought 15,000 shares at US$6.80; senior independent director Alison Goligher has bought 20,000 shares at 476p and Ian Barkshire, non-executive director has acquired 15,700 shares at 481p.
