Smiths News has announced yet another long term contract, this time with Associated Newspapers, the publisher of the Daily Mail and Mail on Sunday. This follows on from the recent contract win with Mews International. The latest contract will extend the existing agreement on enhanced terms until July 2037. It will take effect from January 2028 from when it will generate incremental revenues of £105m per annum. This is more good news for the group and the shares do not reflect this in our view.
