The news that the Department of Education is to terminate the Teachers TV project from April 2011 has taken the company and the market by surprise. This is clearly bad news for the company and the directors are to consider the options available to them in relation to the online TV project. Until there is further clarification on the effect of this the shares are no more than a HOLD.
