Vertu has continued on the growth path with the purchase of two VW dealerships in Lincolnshire from Lookers for around £3m. This introduces the VW franchise to the group’s portfolio and further develops the group’s regional concentration in the East Midlands and Lincolnshire. The group is also opening a new SEAT dealership in Birmingham on 15 July. We re-iterate our recommendation of BUY.
