The independent provider of surgical procedures for NHS patients has announced its results for the year to 31 March and these have come in ahead of expectations.  Revenue for the year rose 11% to £31.6m with adjusted EBITDA increasing 28% to £2.6m.  Underlying earnings per share rose 10% to 14.98p and the dividend for the year was raised by 2% to 6.3p.  Net cash at the end of the year had fallen slightly to £11.1m although most of this is due to be spent on the group's own surgical . . .
