The leading outsourcing group has continued with its disposal programme with the sale of its travel and events businesses Agiito and Evolvi to Portman Travel. Capita expects to receive cash proceeds of £16m for the sale with £8m received now and £8m due to be received 12 months after completion. As regular readers are aware we believe that the recent fall in the share price has been overdone and we retain our recommendation of BUY.
