The outsourcing group has announced another disposal with the sale of its 75% stake in Fera Science Limited to Bridgepoint Group for enterprise value of £60m on a cash-free and debt free basis. Capita will receive £62m on completion and the proceeds will be used to strengthen the company's balance sheet.
