The consulting and outsourcing group Capita has announced another disposal as it seeks to exit from its non-core businesses. The group has agreed to sell two real estate and infrastructure consultancy businesses to WSP for £60m on a cash free, debt free basis. Taking cash and debt into account Capita expects to receive total proceeds of around £69m on completion. This will take the total raised by the disposal programme to over £800m, well above the original target of £700m.
