The group has responded to media reports about a possible fund raising by confirming that it may raise up to £20m through an equity issue at 15p. This would be a placing and open offer with around £15m expected to be placed firm. If this was to proceed it would give the group the necessary funds to to exploit its core technology in both existing and new applications. Until more news is released the shares are probably no more than a HOLD.
