The company has announced the disposal of its freehold property in Haydock for cash consideration of £3.5m subject to the group replacing the roof of the property which is expected to cost around £650,000. Thus the net sale proceeds from the disposal will be around £2.85m. The current rent generated by the property is £300,000 per annum but the sale will further enhance the group's already large cash balances.
