The news that the AIM-listed plastic products group has agreed to dispose of its plastic moulding specialist manufacturing subsidiary, Coral Products (Mouldings) (CPL), together with Interpack, its distributor to the food packaging sector has gone down well with investors with the shares rising by 50% on the news.  The company will receive net proceeds of £7.9m in cash on completion.  The group is to retain the freehold premises for the Haydock site where CPL operates and will enter into a 10 year lease with the purchaser of CPL at rent of £300k per annum . . .
