Driver Group has announced the acquisition of Trett Consulting, a leading dispute resolution and contractual advice consultancy business from Grontmij N.V. The total consideration for the acquisition is £3m and will be satisfied by the group’s exisiting resources. The acquisition is expected to be earnings enhancing in the first financial year and will provide Driver Group with greater geographical penetration and with access to a wide range of end markets. This seems like a sensibe acquisition for the group. BUY
