The AIM-listed company has made its first investment in North America, entering into a royalty financing agreement with the Canadian company Creo-Tech.  The latter has been set up to acquire businesses that provide engineering and building services and the company has already agreed to acquire two such businesses.  Duke has agreed a total funding package worth CA$20m (some £11.6m) with an initial cash yield of 13.2% via monthly payments starting immediately.  Duke will also take a stake of 18.75% in the company.  This is further expansion of the . . .
