26 November 2021 - directors' share purchase

Following the announcement yesterday about the delay in publishing the company accounts, two directors have taken advantage of the fall in the share price to purchase shares.  Lloyd Dunn, chief executive, has purchased 529,801 shares at an average price of 18.18p, an investment of almost £100,000, whilst Paul Ibbetson, Managing Director DX Freight, purchased 109,970 shares at the same average price, for an investment of £20,000.  As we said yesterday, the shares are likely to be suspended in January but patient shareholders may well be rewarded.  SPECULATIVE BUY . . .
