The group has announced that it has completed the purchase of Richard Davies Investor Relations for an undisclosed sum. The latter is a market-leading investor relations business, offering a wide range of IR-related analysis, software and advisory services. The acquisition will allow Equiniti to improve the service that it offers to clients and we maintain our recommendation of BUY.
