The London-based estate agency has announced that it has made four acquisitions outside London to increase its exposure in the regions. In Birmingham, the company has acquired two single-office lettings businesses which provide exposure to both the city centre and Edgbaston adding to its existing presence in the city. The group has also acquired a lettings agency in Watford adding to its two previous acquisitions there and it now has a market leading position in the town whilst a lettings portfolio in Reading has also been acquired. The latter will be integrated into the group . . .
