The motoring and cycling group has announced the purchase of Lodge Tyre Company, a well-established UK business in the commercial tyre market. The company provides automotive services to business-to business customers from 50 garages and 248 mobile vans. The acquisition will increase the proportion of the group's revenues coming from services which provide a more resilient income stream.
