The group continues to expand, acquiring Currency Connect Holdings, a significant Dutch based grants advisory business for a maximum of €4.7m. IDOX Information Solutions is already the leading grants information provider in the UK and Netherlands and this will extend the group’s current offering. The shares have had a strong run over recent months although they remain good long-term value. LONG TERM BUY.
