The commercial floor covering group James Halstead has announced its final results for the year to 30 June 2026 and these have shown a modest reduction in revenue to £259.9m (2025: £262.0m) with adjusted pre-tax profit coming in at £48.2m (2025: £55.1m) Earnings per share declined to 8.5p (2025: 9.7p) although the dividend was increased for the 50th consecutive year to 8.95p per share (2025: 8.80p).
