1 August 2023 - trading update

The AIM-listed provider of information systems and services to the transport sector and local authorities has issued a positive trading update for the six months to 30 June.  Revenues for the period rose by 145% to £21,8m, although these were boosted by the acquisition of Infotec in January which contributed £9.3m.  Nevertheless, the core original business saw organic growth of 41% during the period helped by a number of new orders.  Sales order intake during the period rose to £18.0m and this provides visibility into H2 2023 and beyond.  The company . . .
