Software group K3 has made a small acquisition, buying certain assets of FD Systems Ltd for £1.25m. The assets acquired mainly comprise FD’s business unit which supplies Sage business management software to small and medium sized companies. The assets acquired will be integrated with K3’s existing Sage operations, which it will complement. Even after the strong rise in the share price, K3 shares remain ATTRACTIVE.
