The investment company Kelso has increased its stake in The Works.co.uk Plc and this now stands at 7.0% compared with 6.6% previously. The company's holding is now 4,375,900 shares in the company and these have been purchased at an average price of 33.2p. The share price of the company has now risen to 40p. The reason for the purchase is that Kelso believe that The Works is significantly undervalued and the company has written to The Works outlining constructive proposals to increase the value of the company . . .
