3 April 2012 – easyHotel opening
The group has announced that under its agreement with easyGroup, the first easyHotel.com branded hotel is expected to open by the end of the year in Johannesburg. Under the agreement, it is the intention to establish a network of easyHotels across Africa, with a target of 50 due to open by 2016. This is just another leg of the expanding Lonrho business. We believe that the shares give exposure to a the rapidly growing economies of Africa and rate the shares a BUY.
