The provider of services to the housing sector has announced that it has won a new long-term contract with Moat Homes worth over £200m over the next ten years. The contract will see the group provide maintenance and other services to around 20,000 homes in South-East England with an option to extend for another five years. The group has worked with Moat since 2024 on a short-term basis but this new contract reflects a successful transition to a long-term partnership.
