The group has made its second acquisition within a week, buying the Belgian company DSG Rental NV for €2.9m. The latter specialises in the hire of containerised transformers and switchgear on a global basis and most of its customers are industrial companies, other rental companies and international power projects in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. The purchase will help to consolidate the group’s operations in Europe. The shares are a BUY.
