The compnay has said that although the trading environment remains challenging, the major managed procurement contract wins in 2011, namely Government Office Supplies and Advantia, are now fully operational. Overall, trading in the first quarter has been in line with management expectations. We remain of the view that this is a solid business and rate the shares as a BUY.
