4 June 2020 – trading update
The company has announced that it is now taking steps to re-open some of its operations with campsites in Croatia opening with some hotels in the country expected to open later this month. Operations in both Germany and Hungary continue for several hotels albeit with subdued demand whilst selected hotels are expected to open across the Netherlands and the UK in June and July respectively. The company has also announced that work has started on its art’otel London project in Hoxton, London. This is a re-assuring statement and we maintain our recommendation of BUY.
