4 June – completion of sale
The specialist engineering group has completed the sale of its wholly-owned subsidiary, PT Biogas Holdings Limited, which is the holding company for the Group’s Alternative Energy Division, to Creation Capital Corp. The latter is a capital pool company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and the aggregate price is £11.1m. The proceeds will be useful and leave the shares looking GOOD VALUE.
