The company has provided further information on its transformation programme in the UK and an update on the third quarter, which ended on 31 December 2021.  In Royal Mail, performance in Q3 was in line with expectations and there is confidence that there has been a structural shift in parcel volumes since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic.  Domestic parcel revenue was down 4.9% on the previous year but up 43.9% versus the same period two years earlier.  Absence peaked at around 15,000 in early January due to Omicron, which meant . . .
